Sutradhar is an invitation to engage deeply with the design of your life, in congruence with your values, your spirit, intuition, gifts, the larger community and the possibility that is ripening right now within you. It is an opportunity to create and engage in meaningful online community for a shared year-long journey.
We can be the directors of our lives when we co-create our evolution in alignment with Source, and in connection to one another.
1.
To bring together a group of individuals who have a shared intention of remembering the Divine, realizing their True Nature and potential, and fulfilling their calling
2.
To co-create a container for the personal and spiritual evolution of each individual in the group using the tools of kundalini yoga, meditation, group sharing and self-inquiry
3.
To use the teachings of Guru Nanak as a guide and backdrop for understanding self, other, the world, and reality
4.
To use spiritual practice, spiritual community and the teachings of Guru Nanak to support active participation in making positive contributions to one’s family, community and the world
Sutradhar Pillars
As a soul, we are the light of the Divine, True Reality
There is a blueprint for our lives, possibilities that we came to this lifetime to fulfill as an expression of that Light
Life circumstances, woven in time and space, can push or guide us in the direction of this fulfillment
Each of us has a divine teacher within us, which becomes more accessible through spiritual practice
The practice of Kundalini yoga can accelerate our capacity to connect with and actualize what we came to this lifetime to be and to do, through quieting the mind and tuning into Source
Guru Nanak’s teaching of ‘remembering the True Name’ or reciting Sacred Mantra, has a profound healing and liberating affect
When we practice in a group with a shared intention to serve, connect to the Infinite, and manifest what is ripening within us, we magnify what is possible, through mutual support and the expanded field of consciousness we generate
