Relinquish desire and attachment
Enjoy “what is” right now.
Accept pain and pleasure
Equally in peace.
Release selfishness and pride
Cultivate humility, and a generous heart.
Surrender doubt
Trusting the architecture of undivided wholeness.
Let the words of enlightened beings guide thoughts and actions.
Do not be drawn by the senses into craving or aversion,
Sleep just enough,
Eat lightly,
Apply the principle of moderation.
Let truth, contentment and self-discipline be your companions.
Neither dwell in fear, nor animosity
Be meticulously conscious
While living in the world.
Keep the connection to Oneness intact.
Dedicate each thought, word and deed to the Infinite.
Harness the ego.
Love the Beloved all hours of night and day,
Even among family activity, work and play.
Maintain your yogic postures with deep internal silence.
Purity exists beyond thought.
Lovingly attune to the sound current of Infinity
Vibrate the unstruck melody.
Listen with rapture - bring the mind to perfect stillness.
Withdraw from the world of form,
Turn attention inward.
The experience of Oneness is indescribable.
At the crown chakra the pineal secretes a sublime liquid -
an ecstatic experience occurs, filled with illumination, love, non-attachment and the wisdom of God.
Bathe in this,
Nurture it.
The breath is the tributary of the Divine.
Bring awareness to each breath.
Lovingly remember the name of God,
Inhaling
Exhaling.
Suspend the breath within the central channel of sushumna.
Choose a lifestyle that supports intimacy with the Beloved.
Bathe externally and internally each day,
Purify yourself through meditation
before dawn and at dusk
Embrace fully each meditation that you do.
Keep the company of the holy, the Sadh Sangat
Contemplate and treasure the words and vibration of the Guru’s Shabd,
the sound current of God
as the ultimate wealth.
Sing the praises of the Divine.
With constant attention, listen to and obey your higher wisdom,
Choose right action over ignorance or confusion.
Bring kindness and compassion to every encounter.
See Oneness in All
Exist in a state of neutrality
Acceptance
No duality
Contain and transcend both polarities.
Let the mind dwell in the original Being,
as water is contained in the ocean.
