A place to be OneSelf
Our PRINCIPLES
1. Prioritize Health
Care for your body, mind, and spirit as an act of self-discipline, self-respect and devotion.

2. Cultivate Emotional Self-Regulation
Recognize your triggers and inquire into their origin with compassion, curiosity and acceptance. Regulate your emotions using mindful awareness, breathing techniques and practices that work for you. Notice and accept uncomfortable sensations, emotions and traits (i.e. pain, anger, fear, jealousy, greed, shame, hate) and allow them to transform. Nurture compassion, courage, gratitude, peace and kindness.
3. Vibrate with the Cosmos
Use a sacred sound or name of the divine to merge with Oneness throughout the day. Repeat it internally with the breath.

4. Care for the Earth
Our collective future is derived from the well-being of the Earth and its resources. Honour and protect the land, water, air and living beings. Consume responsibly, waste little and live simply and sustainably, being aware of the long-term impact of your actions.
