This pranayam energizes, recharges and challenges you to know your strength. It can be done for 11 minutes or longer. With the right arm's angle you angle yourself, with the left hand held straight up you raise your antenna, and with Breath of Fire you open all the chakras and burn your karma! The body will come into balance. Once you are balanced, your thoughts, projections and progress will improve. This meditation rebuilds the central nervous system and, when practiced regularly, helps you to overcome fear.
