  • Beyond Addiction Facilitator
  • Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner

Bio

Delphine is a Transformative Life Coach, Compassionate Inquiry and Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Kundalini Yoga and Beyond Addiction Instructor trained by Sat Dharam Kaur and Saibhang Institute.

As a youngster I assiduously studied and practiced many types of dance: Bharatha Natyam, Rythmic, Ballet and Margaret Morris Movement a method created in the 1920’s which aimed at releasing emotion through movement as well as rehabilitation (working progressively with breath and posture). I was also in search of meaning and studied philosophy (BA, University of Nice, France) but embarked on a creative career when I moved to Ireland in 1993. Becoming an award winning Bridal Designer in my adoptive country.

In 2020 I started a change of career moving towards facilitating emotional healing and well being as part of a necessary change in my life. Meeting Sat Dharam Kaur and starting to practice Kundalini yoga weekly with her as I began my Compassionate Inquiry journey changed my life, my relationship with myself and the world. To train as a Kundalini yoga and BA instructor with her was a privilege that has merged my passion for movement and meaning in a transformative dance that is only beginning. Passionate about Attachment and Early development I have been creating and offering psycho-educational KY courses that fulfil me greatly ever since. And I feel deeply grateful to be part of this healing community of committed individuals.
