Kirtan Kriya is a traditional Kundalini Yoga meditation that combines mantra, mudra, breath, and focused awareness to support mental balance, inner stillness, and emotional clarity. Through the repetition of the sounds Saa Taa Naa Maa and the movement of the fingertips, the practice helps harmonize the mind and nervous system while cultivating deeper presence and connection to the Self. Practiced consistently, Kirtan Kriya can awaken insight, strengthen awareness, and support a more conscious relationship to oneself and life.
